PAxMan

Terms of Service

PAxMan — Last updated 18 August 2026

By using PAxMan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What PAxMan is

PAxMan helps you draft passenger cabin announcements in English, Spanish and Catalan. It is a writing aid, nothing more.

2. What PAxMan is not

PAxMan is not an operational tool. It is not approved, certified or intended for flight planning, dispatch, navigation, fuel calculation, performance calculation or any other operational purpose.

The weather shown comes from a free public forecast service (Open-Meteo). It is not aviation meteorological data. It is not a METAR, TAF or any other approved product, and it must never be used for an operational decision. Times, distances and unit conversions in the app are approximations for use in a spoken announcement.

Always verify anything that matters against your operator's official sources.

3. Your responsibility

You are the pilot in command of what you say. You are responsible for:

Text produced by the built-in engine or by any AI provider may contain errors, omissions or wording unsuited to your operation. Treat every briefing as a draft.

4. Third-party services

The built-in PixelWriter engine works without any external service. If you configure a third-party AI provider, you do so under that provider's own terms, you are responsible for your API key and for any charges that provider bills you, and the developer of PAxMan has no control over and no responsibility for that provider's availability, output or pricing.

5. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PAxMan. You may not resell it, or attempt to reverse-engineer it except where that right cannot be excluded by law.

6. No warranty

PAxMan is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it shows is accurate or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any operational, commercial or reputational consequence arising from the use of PAxMan or of any text it produces. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. No affiliation

PAxMan is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline, aircraft manufacturer, aviation authority or the providers of any third-party service it can connect to.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated; the version in the app is always the current one, and the date at the top will change.
